A brief description of library services for spring semester of 2021

We're Here for You

  • Library staff will assist you in finding and using library resources. 
  • New! Need to borrow a laptop or a hotspot? Stop by the Information Desk or contact us by email
  • Library staff will retrieve items from the library’s collection when needed for those who will not be on campus. 
  • Full Interlibrary Loan services will continue. Alternate pick-up or shipping of materials will be available to people who will not be on campus.

Safely Using the Library Building

For everyone’s safety, COVID Protocols in the building will be strictly enforced.

  • Q Card required to swipe into the library building.
  • Wear a mask, use hand sanitizer, stay 6 feet apart.
  • New! No food or drink permitted in the library
  • The library is operating on reduced capacity. Check posted room occupancy signs for labs and study rooms.
  • Chairs have been removed to allow for social distancing, please do not move furniture.

Request a Book or Other Item from Everett (for those who are not on campus)

  1. On the website homepage, click Catalog. 
  2. First, search for the item, and then select "Place Hold."
  3. Log in to your account using your Queens username and password. (Note: Your username is the first part of your email address.)
  4. Click "Confirm Hold."

That's it! You will be contacted about pick up or mail delivery.
