Interlibrary Loan Update
Please search Google Scholar before placing an article request. Many of the articles available on Google Scholar are complimentary and available for immediate download in either PDF or HTML formatting. Performing an immediate inquiry in Google Scholar may preclude unnecessary ILL requests.
Students, staff and faculty of Queens University of Charlotte may request articles not available in library research databases utilizing the Interlibrary Loan Cooperative Program.
Interlibrary Loan average turnaround time:
Article Requests / 5-7 business days / Delivered via email in most circumstances
Every effort will be made to honor interlibrary loan requests at no charge to the patron. However, if a request is not complimentary, the patron has the option to pay the compulsory fees charged by the lending institution. All patrons will be advised prior to request submittal.
