Study Room Reservations: Home

A guide to study room reservations.

Study room expectations

  • Study rooms are available for student use at all times unless there is a reservation.
  • Go to the reservation link below to view the study room schedule or make a reservation.
  • Reservations must be made three hours in advance.
  • Only one reservation per student per day.
  • If the room is not reserved and the room is empty students are allowed to use the room.
  • Use the larger study rooms for group study only.  These are rooms 102, 105, 107, and 207.
  • Please be neat in the study rooms and clean up after yourselves.
  • The study rooms are not sound proof.

  • Main floor study rooms
    • Wireman room, room number 102, seats up to 10
    • Center for student success room, room number 105, seats up to 6.  Not available for reservations Sunday 1-9 and Monday through Thursday 4-9
    • Hadley room, room number 107, seats up to 8
    • Room 109, seats up to 4
    • Room 110, seats up to 4
  • Lower level study rooms
    • Royals reading room, room number L01, seats up to 8
    • Conference room, room number L11, seats up to 8
    • Room L12, seats 1
    • Room L13, seats 1
    • Room L14, seats 1
  • Second Floor study rooms
    • Adelaide Davis Collaboration Learning room, room number 207, seats up to 14
    • Presentation room, room number 206, seats up to 4 (with computer and equipment for a/v recording)
    • Media room, room number 205, seats up to 4 (with computer and equipment for a/v recording)
    • Sound studio, room number 204, seats up to 3 (with computer and equipment for a/v recording)

Labs and larger reading rooms

The Instruction lab, MAC lab, FOL reading room and Special Collections may be reserved for groups, classes, or projects.  Speak with a librarian to request these rooms.
