In general, only articles and print books are available through interlibrary loan (ILL)
Before requesting an item through ILL:
Check OneSearch to see if the library has it
If the item isn’t in OneSearch, Check Google Scholar to see if it’s freely available online
If it’s not available through OneSearch or Google Scholar, submit an ILL request
If Queens University of Charlotte does not have an article or print book in its library collection, students, faculty, and staff may request the library to retrieve it from another library.

ILL is almost always free for users. However, if a request is not complimentary, the patron has the option to pay the compulsory fees charged by the lending institution. All patrons will be advised prior to request submittal.
