Off-Campus Access

To access any of Everett Library's online resources from off-campus please use your Queens Email Username and Password.

Try these steps:

1. Enter only your username, not your whole email address.

Not: nakamurac@queens.edu



2. Type in your password instead of allowing your computer or device to fill it in for you.


3. There may be a problem with the resource you are trying to access. Try another one to find out. Pick a resource or two from this page to try. If you can access other resources but not the one you want, please let us know so we can verify an outage and suggest alternatives.


4. If you have tried several times to log in without success, wait 15 minutes for the system to “forget” your attempts, then try again.


5. You may need to reset your password. This will affect your access to all Queens systems, such as MyAccount and email. We recommend contacting the library before taking this step to see if there is any other way we can assist you.


6. Some organizations use firewalls that prevent access to library resources. These are typically hospitals, military bases, and some educational institutions. You may need to connect to the Queens network from a location outside your organization. To learn more about your organization’s firewall restrictions, contact your system administrator.
