Restrooms are located on the second floor and in the basement. Accessible restrooms are located in the coffee house next door. Coffee house hours are available on the Queens Dining website. Note they do not match library hours.
Please reach out to Rob Smith if you're finding our furniture is not accessible or if you need to know more about our spaces.
The elevator is located on the north side of the building, or on the right if you are coming in the front doors. It accommodates two people at the maximum.
We make every effort to ensure that all licensed electronic resources are accessible to you, but if you discover that content within an electronic resource is not accessible, please report this to Belinda Dunn by email at email@example.com or by phone at 704-688-2766. We will notify the vendor and report the issue.
If you are unable to physically access an item, please ask a staff member at the Information Desk on the main floor to retrieve the item for you. We also offer a hold service to faculty, staff, and students. You can request items through the online library catalog to be held for pickup at the library.
If you need materials in large print or other accessible formats, we will try to obtain them for you from another library through the Interlibrary Loan service. We rely on the libraries we borrow from for these materials.
