TATIL - Informational Literacy Assessment

Part of the INFORMation Literacy at Queens

Instructions for New Royals

Throughout your time at Queens, you may start to notice that you are hearing about INFORM - our program designed to enhance information literacy and critical thinking skills for all students - in classroom and other campus activities. Your Queens education will strengthen these skills so you can make informed and ethical choices in how you apply and create information in your academic, professional, and personal life.

You will help guide this work by completing an information literacy assessment now and again when you are a senior. Your results will help us to understand student growth in this area. The assessment includes scenarios and questions which will require reading and concentration.

  • Please allow 30 – 45 minutes of focused time to complete the assessment
  • Be sure to use a desktop computer or tablet with an up-to-date browser – it will not work on a phone
  • Log in with your Queens email address
  • Deadline is August 26, 2024
  • Click on ONE of the links below:

Please do your best! Your results are important.
When you finish the assessment you will see a screen with "Your Results", similar to this:

This means you have successfully finished and submitted the assessment. Your admissions portal checklist will be updated in 7 to 10 days.

If you have any questions at all, please contact Andrea Stanfield at stanfielda@queens.edu or 704-337-2400

Thank you!
