• Library staff are happy to assist you while the building is closed. You can email us, call us, or use the live chat. 
• We are available for research appointments on RingCentral or over the phone.
• Library staff will retrieve items from the library’s collection when needed. We will work with you to arrange parking lot pick up or ship items to you. 
• Full Interlibrary Loan services will continue. For books, we will work with you to arrange parking lot pick up or ship items to you. 

• If you need to print something, printers are available in Trexler, Rogers 1st and 2nd floor, and basement of Knight Crane room 012.
• Study space is available in Trexler (may be crowded during lunchtime, 11am – 1pm).

1. On the website homepage, click Catalog. 
2. First, search for the item, and then select "Place Hold."
3. Log in to your account using your Queens username and password. (Note: Your username is the first part of your email address.)
4. Click "Confirm Hold."

That's it! You will be contacted about mail delivery.
