If you are asked to select your library select Charlotte Mecklenburg Library and then enter your Library Card Number (q + Q-Card number) and Library Card PIN/Password (Your birth year). Next click the "Add Library Card" button. When creating your account, enter your name, email address and select a NEW password. An email will be sent to you with a verification link.
Kanopy is an award-winning video streaming service providing access to more than 30,000 independent and documentary films. Videos can be streamed on your desktop computer, tablets, smartphones, and TV apps. You can view up to 6 films per month. Once you press play on a film, you have 3 days to view it as many times as you like without using another play credit. Play credits reset on the 1st of the month.
