A great place to find a variety of materials is the Everett Library's OneSearch, which searches most of the books, journals, and media that we have access to.
OneSearch works like most other databases and library search tools by giving you options to build an advanced search and filter results based on different parameters, including publication date, material type, and discipline.
In addition to OneSearch, you can also search around 170 databases and other sources of information from the Everett Library website.
These include subject-specific sources like PsycINFO or the Entrepreneurship Database, as well as multidisciplinary databases like Credo Reference and Films on Demand.
Our databases contain a variety of material types, including, but not limited to:

As a Queens faculty member, you have access to all of the resources available through Charlotte Mecklenburg Library (CML).
We get many of our database subscriptions, such as Kanopy and Hoopla, through our partnership with CML. You can access these resources and CML's other digital resources by using your Queens ID number (ex: q123456). Specific instructions for accessing the different platforms will vary.
You are also eligible to sign up for a physical library card at CML as a Queens employee. This will enable you to check out physical materials such as books and DVDs in addition to accessing digital resources. The closest branch to Queens is the Myers Park Library at 1361 Queens Road.
For questions about accessing CML resources, please contact your department's liaison librarian or Katie Ervin, Access Services Librarian.
